    Inland Empire Paper Company is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our employees and our community. The future and success of Inland Empire Paper Company is dependant upon the sustainability of environmental resources. We are devoted to the preservation and enhancement of these natural resources and to minimizing the impact of our operations on the environment. As stewards of the environment, it is our responsibility to adhere to the following:

    Protection: Our first and foremost concern is the protection of our environment. A constant monitoring and compliance program ensures that our operations have minimal impact on the environment.

    Improvement: Our core philosophy includes a proactive approach in applying new technologies and processes to provide a more efficient and environmentally friendly product.

    Sustainability: At Inland Empire Paper Company, we pride ourselves on the minimal use of natural resources to manufacture paper. 100% of our final product is manufactured from waste materials, using wood waste from local sawmills and recycled old newsprint and magazines.

    Expertise: Our staff of experienced Forestry, Engineering and Papermaking professionals is tasked with the ongoing evaluation of all mill processes to improve efficiency and performance, and reduce environmental impact.

    Experience: Inland Empire Paper Company has been manufacturing paper in the Spokane area since 1911. This history comes with a wealth of experience and an ability to meet the challenges of a dynamic, evolving world.
